Ever wanted to be able to concentrate and maintain your focus for longer? Mindfulness is an established practice that many businesses, universities, schools, and other organisations are now using to help improve concentration levels and reduce stress. This session will introduce mindfulness and its benefits and provide you with some practical techniques you can use as a student to help you stay calm and focused. The session is led by mindfulness teacher Heather Fish and will last around two hours.
